A: We have designed many crystals that you can fit directly, such as GE 4C/C1-5-D/3Sc-RS, Mindray 35C50EA/EB, etc. For crystals that require soldering, we will provide a PINMAP to support you.
A: We pack each probe in a standard export carton with sponge, or according to your requirements.

A: If you encounter any problem during usage, our technical team will provide prompt guidance. If the probe is not compatible with your machine, or if there is any quality problem within the warranty period, we will send a replacement probe or refund the payment to you.
